1. Our Promise

We take pride in offering high-quality, fun, and creative products. However, if you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll gladly make it right.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in unused and original condition.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@jaanx.co.uk with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo (if the product is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process them.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by delivery issues

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

  • If your order was fulfilled through Amazon UK, your refund will be processed through their secure system once we confirm receipt.


6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different colour or replacement, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund — no hassle, no extra cost.


8. Responsibility for Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
